Change in the post of OC in 13 police stations of CMP in Chittagong and 17 police stations of the district.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of 13 police stations of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) and 17 police stations of Chittagong district have been transferred to different police units.

This transfer was made in a notification signed by Additional DIG of Police Headquarters Mohammad Zahirul Islam on Sunday (September 8).

Among the officers in charge (OC) of 13 police stations of CMP, inspector of Khulshi police station. Kabirul Islam PBI, Chandgaon Jahidul Kabir tourist police, Kotwali SM Obaidul Haque and Chawkbazar Mohammad Wali Uddin Akbar by naval police, Sadarghat police station Mohammad Ferdous Jahan and Doublemooring Fazlul Quader Patwari CID, Halishahar Md. Qaiser Hamid Naval Police, Pahartali Mohammad Kepayet Ullah Tourist Police, Akbarshah Golam Rabbani Naval Police, Karnafuli Mohammad Zahir Hossain PBI and Bandar Thanar Md. Manzoor Quader Majumder, EPZ’s Mohammad Hoshain and Panchlaish Santosh Kumar Chakma have been transferred to CID.

Chittagong Metropolitan Police Media and Public Relations Department Additional Deputy Police Commissioner (ADC) Kazi Md. Tarek Aziz said CMP has transferred the officer-in-charge of 13 police stations out of 16 police stations to different units of police headquarters.

Meanwhile, among the officers in charge (OC) of 17 police stations of Chittagong district, Mohammad Sahidul Islam PBI, Abdullah Al Harun CID, Kamal Uddin CID, Md. Kabir Hossain CID, Md. Moniruzzaman PBI, Mir Md. Nurul Huda PBI, Md. Kamruzzaman PBI, Zahid Hossain Tourist Police, Chandan Kumar Chakraborty PBI, Mirza Mohammad Hanshan CID, Jasim Uddin CID, Md. Achhab Uddin CID, Molla Zakir Hossain Railway Range, Obaidul Islam CID, Tofail Ahmed Tourist Police, Mizanur Rahman CID and Md. Rashedul Islam has been transferred to CID.
