Under the initiative of Bandarban Army Zone,educational materials program has been started among lower and higher secondary students.This great initiative was auspiciously launched on Wednesday (November 15th) by awarding 425 students of Suwalak High School.Captain Khairul Kabir Distributed the educational material on behalf of Bandarban Army Zone Commander Lt. Col. Mahmudul Hasan,PSC.

Teachers and students and journalists from print and electronic media were present on the occasion.Captain Khairul Kabir said in the speech of the chief guest on the occasion “Bandarban Army Zone has taken great initiatives like distribution of educational materials to spread the light of education in the remote areas of Bandarban”.He Added We want not even one child to be illiterate and their parents to send the child to school regularly.For this,Bandarban Army Zone will always provide full cooperation.

According to the Bandarban Army Zone sources, these educational aids will be distributed to a total of 22 lower and higher secondary schools under the zone.It is to be noted that in addition to educational materials,earlier under the supervision of Bandarban Army Region and Bandarban Army Zone, 550 poor and needy students were distributed free of charge new books of class 11.
