The Minister for Chittagong Hill Tract Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing (MP) has laid the foundation stone and inaugurated of various development works of Rajbila Union of Bandarban Sadar Upazila. Minister inaugurated these development works on Friday (13 October).Later,the hill minister joined the discussion meeting with the local public. In the meeting Minister Bir Bahadur said that, the country is safe in the hands of Sheikh Hasina.The country cannot be handed over to any evil power.Sheikh Hasina has no choice to continue with the development of the country.Bir Bahadur also said that wherever there is a boat there is a touch of development.No evil force can suppress the Awami League In order to make Sheikh Hasina victorious.In the future we must unite and ensure the victory of the boat. Hill Chittagong Development Board Chairman Supradeep Chakma was present as a special guest on the occasion. Bandarban Hill District Council Executive Engineer Md.Ziaur Rahman,Local Government Engineering Directorate (LGED) Executive Engineer Md.Ziaul Islam Majumdar,Development Board (Bandarban Unit) Executive Engineer Abu Bin Yasir Arafat were present at the time.Rajbila Union Headman Ruipru Aung Chowdhury presided the discussion meeting. On this day Minister Bir Bahadur laid the foundation stone and inaugurated the development work worth about 12 crore Tk. Development works are being implemented by Bandarban District Council,LGED and Hill Chittagong Development Board,Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief.
