On Thursday (November 14) morning, the cargo vehicle terminal of Benapole land port managed by the Bangladesh Land Port Authority was inaugurated by Brigadier General (retd) Dr. M Sakhawat Hossain, Advisor to the Ministry of Shipping, Ministry of Labor and Employment.
He said, most of the land import-export trade is done through Benapole land port. About 500 to 600 Indian cargo trucks and 450 to 500 Bangladeshi cargo trucks arrive at the port through this port.
