Whart lessee wrote letters to multiple offices against PS shipping, BJC issued eviction notice.

A ghat at Bangla Bazar, Standard Road in the city is in trouble after taking a contractual rent from the government. Masudul Islam, son of Nazmul Islam of Paschim Madarbari, the lessee of the ghat, gave a written complaint to the Divisional Commissioner Chittagong on January 9 at noon. Besides, he made the same complaint in various government sectors.
It is mentioned in the complaint that after renting the ghat, Ashraful Alam Masud (50), managing director of PS Shipping, son of Badiul Alam, 4th floor of Bank Asia Bhavan opposite the defendant Anu Majhi ghat, has been threatening Masudul Islam and his brothers at various times. Last December 26 at 7 pm plaintiff Masudul Islam and his 3 brothers. Saiful Islam, Shahidul Islam and Md. Zahidul threatened Islam. After the plaintiff rented the wharf at Bangla Bazar, Standard Roads from the government for 1 year, the defendant through various people threatened to not allow the plaintiff and the plaintiff’s brother to enter the said wharf and to do any kind of harm if they entered. Besides, Masudul Islam filed a general diary (No-1934) at Doublemooring police station on December 31.
Last 1/11/2008 for a period of three years from 1/12/2019 to 30/11/2022 up to 2.5% per annum for a period of 90387 square feet and lastly for the period 1/12/2021 to 30/11/2022 PS Shipping leased Banglabajar Ghat owned by Bangladesh Jute Corporation for a total of Tk 24,58,300 including Tk 3,20,647 including 15% VAT of Tk 37,653. PS Shipping did not renew any new contract after the end of the contract. Meanwhile, in the new contract, Saiful Islam got the lease of the wharf as the highest bidder at the rate of 116 taka per square feet. On 4/10/2023, Saiful Islam sent a pay order of Tk 1,38,05,108 to BJC when the proposal was issued by BJC. Saiful Islam is the current owner of the ghat on lease basis. And so there are obstacles. Although PS Shipping was repeatedly asked by BJC to vacate the wharf, it wasted time and went to court and took a four-month stay order on the BJC’s verdict. However, the High Court quashed the judgment of its stay order. by issuing Which is attached to the image above.
In such a situation, he wrote letters to various offices.
