BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, we all are waiting for change. Waiting for it to build a truly democratic state.

He said this at the Eid gathering of a political party in Gulshan on Thursday. Bangladesh Welfare Party organized the event. It was presided over by the Chairman of Kalyan Party Major General. Syed Muhammad Ibrahim.

Mirza Fakhrul said, this Eid Ada program created hope in the hearts of the nation. Here the main political leaders responded to the call of General Muhammad Ibrahim. Came to hang out together. This chat is very important in all aspects. Chatting encourages the mind to be cheerful. Here is a political chat. Hope the chat will create new hope. We are all waiting for change. Waiting for it to build a truly democratic state.

He said that the national leader Khaleda Zia, who has always agitated for democracy, is in jail today. Our Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman is exiled abroad. Lakhs of activists are being harassed with lawsuits.

BNP Secretary General said, we will establish a democratic society, a civilized society, a humane society and a society of justice. Let’s take today’s Eid chat in that direction. We instill hope in people through this chat.

Chairman of Jatiya Party GM Quader said in the event, political leaders are not opponents of anyone, they are enemies of each other. We must be tolerant of each other. Socially we have to work. Then there will be fresh air in the country’s politics in the future. We are working in the country’s politics, we want to continue working.
