5 members of the TomTom gang were arrested in Habiganj

Detective (DB) police have arrested 5 members of TomTom and Mishuk thieves from different districts including Habiganj. They were arrested along with stolen tomtoms and batteries in a raid from Rajnagar Orphanage road area of the city.
Those arrested are Ah Rahman (60), son of deceased Abu Mia of Ritchie Jangal village of Habiganj Sadar upazila, Farooq Mia (45), son of Hatim Ullah of Ritchie Ishan Kona, Jalfu Mia (45), son of Umar Ali of Ritchie Sagarkona and Sheikh of Dakshin Sangar village of Baniachong upazila. Sheikh Md Ibrahim (35), son of Rusmat Ali, was arrested. TomTom owner Fazle Ali Arman has filed a case in this regard.
According to DB Police sources, a TomTom of Fazle Ali Arman (25), son of Ah Noor Kadduche of Shaistanagar Pail Road in Habiganj city, was stolen while it was charged in the garage on November 28 evening. At one stage of the search, the TomTom car and 05 batteries were recovered from Sheikh Md Ibrahim’s shop called Sheikh Enterprise on the west side of Rajnagar Orphanage in Habiganj city with the help of SI Md Sohail Rana of District Intelligence Branch Police and his companion officer force.
