BNP preparatory meeting held at Gowainghat

Nandir Gao Union of Gowainghat Upazila has organized a preparatory meeting on the initiative of Nandir Gao Union of Gowainghat Upazila to make the Sylhet Divisional Rally of Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP successful on November 20.

This preparatory meeting was held at a ground in Salutikaras of Nandir Gao Union on Friday afternoon.

Abdul Hakim Chowdhury, former vice president of Sylhet District BNP, former chairman of Gowainghat Upazila Parishad, spoke as the chief guest at the meeting. Under the chairmanship of Nandirgaon Union BNP president Abdul Matin and organizing secretary Ziaul Haque Zia, General Secretary of Upazila Gowainghat Upazila BNP Md. Jasim Uddin spoke as the main speaker. Upazila BNP joint secretary former chairman Mahbub Ahmed, organizational secretary Joynal Abedin Gowainghat upazila youth convener Ed Shahjahan Siddiqui spoke as special guests.

Among others, Gowainghat Upazila BNP Cultural Affairs Secretary Farid Ahmad, Upazila BNP Members Bilal Uddin, Helal Ahmad Badsha, Amir Uddin, Nandirgaon Union BNP General Secretary Md. Ibrahim Ali, Upazila Juba Dal Convening Committee Member Khalilur Rahman, Upazila Volunteers Convening Committee. Members Kamal Ahmed, Abdul Mumin Azad etc.

Abdul Hakim Chowdhury, the chief guest in the program, said that BNP will not go to any election under the current government. Elections will be held under a neutral government, bidding farewell to the current government. The country and its people are in dire straits today. BNP has the most role in every critical moment of the country. That is why BNP is so popular. On the 20th, BNPE will be the only popular political party of the people.

All the leaders, workers and supporters of upazila union NP and allied organizations were present in the event.
