Chittagong Correspondent: Bangladesh Puja Celebration Parishad Committee of Boalkhali Upazila has been announced. Partha Sarathi Chowdhury, general secretary Sanjay Dey have been elected as the president of the new committee.

Recently, the bi-annual conference of Boalkhali Puja Celebration Parishad was held at BRDB Hall of Boalkhali Upazila.

Then in an emergency meeting on September 29 (Thursday) evening, Partha Sarthi Chowdhury was announced as the president and Sanjay Dey as the general secretary. This committee will serve for the next two years.

Swami Bulbulananda Giri Maharaj, member of the advisory council of Boalkhali Puja Celebration Parishad, brave freedom fighter Rajendra Prasad Chowdhury, chairman of No. 9 Amuchia Union Parishad Kajal Dey, Shyamal Majumdar were present in the emergency meeting.
