Narcotics seized as evidence in 2 cases in Bandarban were burnt and destroyed
Lutfur Rahman (Uzzal): On Monday (September 5) at 11 o’clock in the Bandarban court premises, under the instruction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mohammad Mahabubur Rahman,in the presence of Senior Judicial Magistrate A,S, M Emran,These drugs were burnt and destroyed.
According to court sources,30,000 foreign cigarettes,4 liters of domestic brewed liquor were seized in 2 cases of Bandarban Sadar Police Station and Naikxyongchari Police Station and these drugs were burnt and destroyed after the legal process.The estimated value of which is 4 lakh 62 thousand taka.
