Dalim Khan, Shibpur(Narsingdi): Due to the second wave of coronavirus, a person from Shibpur upazila of Narsingdi called National Information Help Number 333 and said that there was no food in his house and no one from the area came forward to cooperate.Upon receiving the news, Shibpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Kabirul Islam Khan himself rushed to his house with food.
The food packet contains about 10 kg of rice, 5 kg of potatoes, 2 liters of oil, 1 kg of pulses and 1 kg of onion.suddenly one beggar meet with UNO Kabirul Islam Khan,beggar said, i can’t begging & i am hungry for lock down.UNO said to beggar “Uncle” Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, as long as she is alive, you don’t have to go without food. Hon’ble Prime Minister, food for you.
the beggar took food and cash money from UNO.asked the beggar to pray for the Prime Minister. He said help would be provided immediately if people knew they were in trouble.Shibpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer Kabirul Islam Khan also said that everyone is staying at home as per the government’s instructions to prevent coronavirus infection. Many low-income people are in trouble.
