Union Awami League held its triennial conference in Netrokona

To accelerate the party activities of the Awami League, the triennial conference of the Awami League was held at the ground of Singha Bangla High School on Thursday noon organized by Singha Bangla Union Branch of Netrokona Sadar Upazila.

The chief guest at the triennial conference was chaired by Md. Shahidul Haque, President of Singha Bangla Union Awami League and conducted by Md. Abdur Rahim and Md. Abdul Hadi Mamun, Chairman of Singha Bangla Union Parishad. MP, special guest was Habiba Rahman Khan Shefali, MP of reserved seat, General Secretary of Sadar Upazila Awami League GM Khan Pathan Bimal was the keynote speaker.

Among the guests were District Awami League Vice President Habibur Rahman Khan Ratan, Vice President (Lt. Col. Ab) Abdun Nur Khan, Joint Secretary Alhaj Nazrul Islam Khan, Joint Secretary Nur Khan Mithu, Joint Secretary and District Council Chairman Prashant Kumar Roy. , Organizing Secretary Advocate Iftikhar Uddin Masud and Organizing Secretary Professor Bhajan Sarkar.

The guests said that Bangladesh is moving towards prosperity as Sheikh Hasina is in power. In order to build the golden Bengal of Bangabandhu’s dream, every leader and activist of Awami League has to follow every instruction of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. At the triennial conference, Trinamool leaders voted, Md. Shahidul Haque was elected president and Md. Mofakkarul O Singh was elected general secretary.
