At least 28,300 Russian troops have been killed since the start of the invasion of Ukraine.

The statement claimed that about 400 Russian soldiers had been killed in the last 24 hours alone.
Ukraine says it has destroyed 202 Russian warplanes, 167 helicopters, 441 drones, 1,251 tanks, 3,043 armored vehicles and 586 artillery pieces.
Ukraine also demanded the destruction of 199 multiple rocket launcher systems, 2,000 vehicles, 102 cruise missiles, 91 anti-aircraft systems and 13 ships.
The statement added that in the past few days, Russian troops had suffered “massive casualties” in Sloviansk, Central Kryvyi Rih and Zaporizhiya.
However, Russia’s Defense Ministry said on March 25 that 1,351 troops had been killed in Ukraine.
The United Nations estimates that 3,752 civilians have been killed and 4062 injured in the conflict in Ukraine so far. However, the actual number of casualties is expected to be higher.
According to the UN refugee agency, 6.2 million people have fled the country since the aggression began. And 77 lakh people have been internally displaced.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24. The country has been calling it a “special military operation.”
