The syllabus of next year’s SSC examination has been shortened. But when the students demanded to shorten the syllabus, Education Minister Dipu Moni said there was no chance to shorten the syllabus.

He was speaking after an eye treatment and diabetes test at the Dhaka Reporters’ Unity on Wednesday (October 6th).

The education minister said the syllabus of SSC candidates for this year and next year has been shortened due to Corona situation. After completing that syllabus, examination will be organized. The short syllabus will not be taken into account if anyone moves for further abbreviation. Instead, he advised them to concentrate on teaching in the classroom.

Asked by reporters about the MPO corruption report in an educational institution recently published by Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), the minister said, “We have seen the TIB report.” We are monitoring this. The issue will be raised in a press conference soon.

President of Dhaka Reporters Unity Mursalin Nomani was also present in the chair – special guest architect Nikhil Chandra Guha, general secretary Mashiur Rahman Khan and others.
