Latiful Azam, Kishorganj Nilphamari: As a result of modernization of rural infrastructure development in rural Bengal, the landscape of Nilphamari Kishoreganj Upazila has changed. Agriculture, business, education and health sectors are being improved with the radical change in communication system. It is learned that Rahman Adel’s special allotment Kabita 2nd 3rd phase at a cost of about 80 lakh in 9 unions of the upazila under 30 projects of the road HBB, CC plowing and soil filling work has been completed.
