Mohammedan fast bowler Taskin Ahmed is not playing in the Dhaka Premier League Super League due to a left hand injury. However, Taskin will have no problem playing for the Bangladesh team in Zimbabwe at the end of this month.
Regarding Taskin’s injury, BCB doctor Manzoor Hossain Chowdhury said, “In these cases, it takes about two weeks to recover. We hope so. We don’t see any risk in the Zimbabwe series. “
Taskin suffered a similar injury in the West Indies series last January. He bowled with his left hand bandaged.
Taskin has played eight matches in the Premier League this year. The right-arm pacer has taken a maximum of ten wickets for the team.
Mohammedan will not get national team star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan in the Super League. He went on holiday to his family in the United States.
Tamim Iqbal, another star cricketer of the national team, will not play in the Super League due to injury. Prime Bank is not getting an experienced opener due to a knee injury.
