Taiwan has deployed counter-missiles to respond to China

In response to China’s missile deployment, Taiwan has also deployed counter-missiles this time. Along with that, aircraft and ships have also been deployed to monitor the situation, said the country’s Ministry of Defense.

Meanwhile, Taiwan’s Prime Minister Su Tseng-chang said on Friday about China’s military drills that the “evil neighbor” is coming to our door for a “show of force”.

China is conducting military drills around the self-governing island amid US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan. The Taipei administration alleged that Beijing had fired a ballistic missile into Taiwan’s territorial waters during the exercise.
