Krishak Dal will play a role in removing the fascist government: Fakhrul

Dhaka :

Congratulating the newly elected committee leaders of the Krishak Dal, BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said the Krishak Dal would play a role in removing the fascist government in power in the country under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina.

He made the remarks in front of the BNP chairperson’s Gulshan office at noon on Tuesday (September 21). Earlier, the leaders of the newly elected committee of the Krishak Dal met the BNP secretary general and greeted him with flowers.

The BNP secretary general said the Krishak Dal committee has been announced at a turning point in the nation. So, their responsibility is much more. Especially to form a full committee very soon. At the same time, Shaheed Ziaur Rahman formed this group around the people, to organize the farmers.

Commenting that no one is good in Bangladesh today, Mirza Fakhrul said, farmers are the most neglected. They do not get a fair price for their products. Don’t get any help. Even the farmers did not get any incentive during this horrible time of Corona. We expect from the peasantry this time, they will organize themselves very quickly.

Mirza Fakhrul said, “Krishak Dal will also play a role in the movement for the release of the house arrest of our party chairperson Khaleda Zia and for the return of exiled acting chairman Tarique Rahman to the country.” Cases against more than 35 lakh of our leaders and workers. In this situation, our responsibility is to organize ourselves, create unity and join the movement.

Hasan Jafir Tuhin, president of the newly elected committee of the Krishak Dal, Shahidul Islam Babul, general secretary, Shamsuddin Didar, member of the media wing of the BNP chairperson, Shairul Kabir Khan and others were present at the occasion.
