BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s biopsy report is ‘good’, said her personal doctor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain. The results are good, he said. According to the report, Khaleda Zia’s treatment has started.

On Sunday, a doctor of Khaleda Zia’s medical board told the media, “The report of the tissue taken from Khaleda Zia’s body is good. There is no reason to fear. The treatment for this will continue as his body temperature goes down. Antibiotics are being given as per the advice of the board. She (Khaleda Zia) is very old. Having a fever increases the risk of kidney and diabetes. That is why it has become urgent to reduce the temperature. ‘

According to sources, the skin of a part of the BNP chairperson’s body became like a blister (lump or wheel). His biopsy was done on October 25 to find out the reason. The test report was available two days after the operation. The medical board reviewed the report and started treatment. At present his condition is good. Body temperature is also normal.

Khaleda Zia’s sister Selima Islam said, “We have repeatedly appealed to the government to allow her to seek medical treatment abroad. I have to make an application. A few days ago, the secretary general of the party also urged him to go abroad for treatment. We have nothing to do outside of that. ”

Since Khaleda Zia went to jail in the ACC case in 2018, her kidney-liver problems, diabetes, arthritis and eye problems have become more apparent. On March 25, 2020, at the request of the family, the government suspended his sentence and released him.

After that, the BNP is claiming that the government is not allowing Khaleda Zia to go abroad for better treatment.
