BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s physical condition has not improved much. The condition of the former PM, who is being treated at the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of the capital’s Evercare Hospital, is deteriorating day by day. He also needs oxygen for two days. Occasionally two to three liters of oxygen are required. Of course, oxygen is not always needed.

According to reliable sources, a new ‘complex disease’ has appeared in Khaleda Zia’s body. Although doctors do not want to reveal the name of the disease. They say, this treatment is not possible in Bangladesh. The hospital needs to provide quick treatment for modern multifaceted diseases.

Meanwhile, rumors spread that Khaleda Zia had gone to Life Support on Wednesday. A picture of a woman in Life Support went viral on social media as a picture of Khaleda Zia. However, the BNP claimed the news as ‘fake’.

The party leaders said that the picture used in the name of Khaleda Zia on social media was not her picture. The picture of the death of the mother of a BNP leader has been used as a picture of Khaleda Zia to create rumors. The leaders of the party expressed their displeasure towards those involved in such heinous activities.

According to the doctors of the medical board, 6-year-old Khaleda Zia has contracted multiple diseases. Mineral inequality has reached extreme proportions in his body. Decreased levels of major electrolytes, such as sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium and chlorine.

Despite Khaleda Zia’s deteriorating physical condition, her family is disappointed that the government has virtually rejected her request for advanced treatment abroad. At a press conference on Wednesday, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina spoke of the legal complexities surrounding Khaleda Zia’s departure abroad.

Selima Islam, the elder sister of Khaleda Zia, said that everyone is able to go abroad for treatment. But as much as in the case of Khaleda Zia. We are trying our best. Now there is nothing else to do. However, BNP leaders are in touch with influential friendly countries to make the government flexible. They say the team has the necessary preparations to take America for treatment.

Regarding Khaleda Zia’s physical condition, a doctor said that Khaleda Zia is being given ICU services in the form of CCU. After his first biopsy, it was possible to eradicate a small bacterium. But now new complications have arisen. Kidney creatinine is rising by leaps and bounds. Although the temperature is normal, diabetes is not completely under control. So the amount of insulin has been increased. These are becoming harder to control. He said, Khaleda Zia’s body is very weak. For this he did not speak without urgent need. The hemoglobin in the blood also decreased a lot. Two bags of blood have already been given to increase the hemoglobin in the blood.

It is learned that apart from family members, only BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and Khaleda Zia’s special assistant Shimul Biswas are now going to the hospital. Mirza Fakhrul Islam was in the hospital for about three hours on Wednesday. No one else is allowed to go. However, they also just exchanged salutations with the glass outside the CCU. Khaleda Zia also responded with a gesture. Khaleda Zia’s required liquid food is being cooked from home and supplied to the hospital. His youngest daughter-in-law Sharmila Rahman Sinthi stayed in the hospital for about three hours from noon to inquire about food.

Call for permission to go abroad-

Leaders of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) and Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) have expressed deep concern over the advanced treatment of former prime minister and BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.

BFUJ President M Abdullah and Secretary General Nurul Amin Rokon and DUJ President Quader Gani Chowdhury and General Secretary Shahidul Islam in a joint statement on Wednesday called on the government to allow Khaleda Zia to go abroad as soon as possible for humanitarian reasons, avoiding narrow parties and personal interests.

Leaders of the Bangladesh Combined Professional Council have said that the people of this country will not accept Khaleda Zia’s treatment. Convener of the organization Shawkat Mahmud and Member Secretary Prof. AZM Zahid Hossain said this in a joint statement. In a statement, they responded to the request of Khaleda Zia’s family by granting bail on humanitarian grounds and demanding that all measures be taken to ensure her medical treatment abroad.
