CoU Correspondent: Founding Vice-Chancellor of Comilla University (CoU) Prof. Dr. Golam Mawla has died by heart attack at 2PM on Tuesday at Ever Care Hospital in Dhaka.

The Comilla University family has expressed deep grief and shock over his death.

Comilla University Registrar (additional responsibilities) Professor. Md. Abu Taher signed on a condolence message and expressed grief over his death. At the same time, prayers begged for the forgiveness of his soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

Noted that, Professor. Dr. Golam Mawla served as the first Vice-Chancellor of Comilla University from July 26, 2006 to July 30, 2008
