Easter Sunday celebrations at various churches in Kumarkhali

Staff Reporter: Happy Easter Sunday has been celebrated in Kumarkhali, Kushtia, one of the religious festivals of the Christians. A special Christian service and prayer service was held at the Maliat Children of Light Church and Batikamara Faith Bible Church on Sunday morning to mark the day.

Rev: Zaker ALi Shuva, Member Secretary of the Convening Committee of Kushtia District Branch of Bangladesh Christian Association Pastor David Fazlu led the prayers at the Children of Light Church at 7.00 a.m. and at the Faith Bible Church at 11.00 a.m. At that time people of different professions including Christians were present.
