A mobile court has been set up in Moulvibazar to prevent coronavirus and raise public awareness. Meanwhile, executive magistrates operating mobile courts have fined 45 people for violating health rules.
On Sunday (June 13), under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner and District Wise Magistrate Mir Nahid Ahsan and Additional District Magistrate Tania Sultana, mobile courts were conducted at seven points of the district headquarters from morning till afternoon.
At that time, 45 people were fined Tk 17,350 for violating the health rules by the assistant commissioners and executive magistrates.
Assisted in the operation, a team of district police. Deputy Commissioner and District Wise Magistrate Mir Nahid Ahsan said 45 people were fined at seven points in a day-long mobile court campaign to prevent coronavirus as per the decision of the district coronavirus prevention committee. He also said that such district-wide campaign will continue.
