DB’s operation in Srimangal arrests youth along with yaba
Srimangal (Moulvibazar) Representative :
A youth along with Yaba has been arrested in a DB police detective operation at Srimangal in Moulvibazar. The district detective branch arrested Dulal Mia, 45, along with Yabash, in a raid on a residential hotel in Natunbazar of Srimangal town in an anti-drug drive on the instructions of district police superintendent Mohammad Zakaria.
The detainee is the son of late Shahid Miah of Shahibaug residential area in Dulal suburb.
On Tuesday night, a team of DB police led by District Intelligence Branch in-charge Mohammad Badiuzzaman conducted a raid at Hotel Moon Residential in Natunbazar. At that time, Dulal was arrested along with 60 yaba from the fourth floor of the hotel. He was remanded in Moulvibazar court on Wednesday morning after a case was filed against him under the Narcotics Act.
