Coronavirus has killed 18 people in the last 24 hours across the country. The death toll from the virus rose to 27,573. The information was given in a regular press release on Sunday (October 3) from the Department of Health.
Coronavirus deaths have been declining in the country in the last few days. In the last 24 hours, 21,246 samples were tested across the country and 617 people were identified as corona. The total number of infected patients stood at 15 lakh 57 thousand 964 people.
In contrast to the sample test, the detection rate is 2.90 percent. On March 15 this year, the detection rate was 2.1 percent. Since then, the identification rate has consistently been more than three percent.
The first case of coronavirus was detected in the country on January 8, 2020. Till October 3, a total of 97 lakh 94 thousand 490 samples were tested and 15 lakh 57 thousand 964 patients were identified. So far, the total infection rate as a sample test is 15.91 percent.
