The target was set to give 75 lakh vaccines. 66 lakh 25 thousand 123 people took the first dose on Tuesday. And one lakh 33 thousand 869 people have taken the second dose.
These include Oxford’s AstraZeneca, Chinese-made Synoform, Pfizer and Modern Vaccines.

It is said that 31 lakh 69 thousand 622 men received the first dose of vaccine. And there are 34 lakh 55 thousand 501 women. On the other hand, 71,197 men and 62,672 women received the second dose of vaccine. The target was set to vaccinate 7.5 million people on the occasion of the Prime Minister’s birthday.
According to the Department of Health, in the last 24 hours, a total of 67 lakh 58 thousand 992 people were vaccinated with special campaigns and regular vaccinations across the country. So far, 4 crore 81 lakh 39 thousand 752 people have been vaccinated in the country.
Among them, the number of first dose vaccine recipients is three crore 15 lakh six thousand 17 people. And the number of vaccinators receiving the second dose is one crore 66 lakh 33 thousand 735 people.
The coronavirus vaccination program started on January 27 this year. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the program at Kurmitola General Hospital in the capital with the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine produced by the Serum Institute of India.
