Fascist AL government destroyed election culture in Bangladesh – Jasas Central Leader Jahedul Alam Hito

Nazrul Islam, Joypurhat
The previous fascist AL government has played with elections in the last 16 years. They have destroyed the culture of elections across the country in the name of changing the election system. The above words were said by Jahedul Alam Hito, joint convener of the Nationalist Social and Cultural Organization-Jasas Central Committee and member of the Central BNP Human Rights Committee.
On Thursday at 11 am, he attended the Joypurhat Press Club auditorium and exchanged views with all the journalists of the district. During the exchange of views, he said, “I have been involved in BNP politics since childhood. In the past, I was a member of Chhatra Dal, and currently I am a BNP member. I want to serve the people by doing healthy politics. I do not like lobbying or grouping. All the leaders and activists of BNP are my people. I have sought nomination from BNP to become a member of parliament from Joypurhat-2 constituency in the past few elections. I am trying to do the same this time too. If the party nominates me in the future, I want to go to parliament and work for the people as a lawmaker. I will work to take steps for development by highlighting agriculture, education, and health issues in the parliament nationally. Joypurhat district is a major agricultural area. I will try to establish an agricultural university in this area. I have been and still am a dedicated soul for the party in the past. I want to work to change the political culture of Bangladesh. Currently, there is a crisis of healthy politicians in the country. I want to work honestly and sincerely with that trend and bring about radical changes in the local people and the state. BNP leader Babu Sawdagar, JASAS leader Nayan and many others were also present at the exchange of views.
