Students and people’s sacrifice to reflect in the upcoming general elections – Jamaat Leader Abdul Halim

The sacrifice of the students and the people in July revolution will be reflected in the upcoming elections, Insha Allah. Everyone must be ready in the struggle to establish Islamic leadership for the welfare of religion and the world, says Maulana Abdul Halim, Assistant Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami in Bangladesh. He said Jamaat wants change in a systematic way. And this is the beauty of democracy. Jamaat is working to build a golden and beautiful Bangladesh. Jamaat is a strong organization, if this power can be further consolidated and organized, Jamaat will have to fight all the evil forces and do the work of preaching the religion. Every unit will be responsible for leadership and will have to fulfill the great responsibility of religion among the people at the grassroots to build a close relationship. He further said that Jamaat is an independent organization. The main school of its organization is every unit in Jamaat. The unit president said that a worker in Jamaat should become a virtuous person through the knowledge of Quran, Hadith and Islamic knowledge. The message of the Quran should reach the homes of every man and woman, including workers of different classes, to protect the independence and sovereignty of the country.
On Saturday, at 10 am, the unit president of the Jalo Jamaat organized a Jalo Unit at Aramnagar, a local in the new city, Abbas Ali Khan, in his speech as the chief guest. He said these things in his chief guest speech at the unit presidents’ conference organized by the Joypurhat Jolo branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami on Saturday (June 21) at 10 am at the Abbas Ali Khan Mall in Jolo under the chairmanship of Ameer Fazlur Rahman Sayed and the chairmanship of Secretary Golam Kabir. He further said that the invitation of Islam will be reached to every house in Joypurhat. In the future, I urge every voter in Jolo to go door to door and spread the message of the Islamic movement. In his special speech, Professor Abdur Rahmi, a member of the Bogra region of Jamaat-e-Islami in Bangladesh, said that every worker should work in the light of the central guidelines of Jamaat-e-Islami. Our organization is not sold for any money. We work to establish the ideals of the Quran and Sunnah. Among others, Assistant Secretary of Jolo Jamaat Hasibul Alam Liton, Advocate Mamunur Rashid, SM Rashedul Alam Sabuj, Advocate Aslam Hossain, Sadar Upazila Jamaat Ameer Maulana Anwar Hossain, Poura Ameer Maulana Imran Hossain, Maulana Dr. Sujaul Karim, Maulana Munsurur Rahman, Maulana Shafiul Hasan Dipu and Maulana Emanul Islam among others delivered further speeches. The conference was attended by the unit presidents of various upazilas and unions of Joypurhat. The speakers urged everyone to be inspired by Islamic values and move forward with the organization’s activities.
