In Paschim Daliram Shah Para village of Garagram Union in Kishoreganj Upazila of Nilphamari, allegations of construction of concrete structures and filling of soil in opposing properties in violation of court orders have been received. It is learned that Hasanuzzaman of Paschim Daliram Shah Para village of Garagram Union has been in a dispute with his neighbors Rafiqul Islam, Chobir, Al Amin, Iftar Ali for a long time over 25.50 percent of the property. Recently, Hasanuzzaman filed a case in the Nilphamari Additional District Magistrate Court as the plaintiff. The court judge ordered the OC of Kishoreganj Police Station to maintain Sections 144 and 145 on the disputed property. In light of the court’s order, the police station OC issued a notice to both parties on May 27 to maintain peace and order until August 14. But Rafiqul Islam Gang, disobeying the court and police orders, continued to build a concrete building and fill the land on the property of the opposition. Hasanuzzaman, the owner of the property through his family, alleged that Rafiqul Islam resumed work after the police officer left. Hasanuzzaman claimed that the property belonged to them through his family. Police station ASI Zahidul Islam said that the plaintiff in the case has been asked to file a complaint under Section 188 of the IPC as Rafiqul Islam Gang disobeyed the court’s order.
