The three-day National Fruit Fair-2025 has begun in Barhatta, Netrokona, under the theme “Eat more local fruits, let’s plant fruit trees.” Upazila Executive Officer Md. Khabirul Ahsan formally inaugurated the fair, organized by the Upazila Administration and the Upazila Agriculture Officer’s Office, on Thursday (June 19) morning at the Agriculture Office premises. Upazila Agricultural Extension Officer Md. Rasheduzzaman Azad, Agricultural Extension Officer Tumpa Dutta, Upazila Deputy Assistant Agricultural Officer, political, socio-cultural organizations and local media workers were present at the event.
