The committee of Leo Club of Chittagong Mirsarai, the youth organization of the international service organization Lions Club, has been announced. The club’s Eid reunion was held at Arshinagar Future Park in Mirsarai on Thursday. Lion Moin Uddin Moni, Director of the Lions Club of Chittagong Mirsarai, announced the new committee. A 21-member full committee has been announced for the 2025-26 service year, with Leo Ainul Islam Chowdhury as president, Leo Zillur Rahman as IPP, Leo Antu Kumar as vice president, Leo Mehedi Hasan as secretary, and Leo A.M. Mushfiqur Ud Ddouja Bhuiyan as treasurer. The other members of the committee are Vice President Leo Imam Hossain, Leo Abdullah Al Noman, Joint Secretary Leo Ala Uddin Rifat, Leo Khaled Hasan Zahin, Leo Taufiqul Islam Topu, Joint Treasurer Leo Raihan Uddin, Leo Tapas Nath, Leo Nazmul Hossain Rifat, Tamer Leo Rifat A Naima, Joint Tamer Leo Mizanur Rahman, Tail Twister Leo Abdullah R Noman, Program Coordinator Leo Tauhidul Islam Topu, Sister Coordinator Leo Sajnin Kawsar Bhuiyan, Membership Chairperson Leo Al Rizwan Ahmed Chowdhury, Sports Chairperson Leo Asiful Islam, Culture Chairperson Leo Sheikh Farid. The Leo Club of Chittagong also announced Leo Asiful Islam, the first president of Mirsarai, as the club director. Present at the event were Lion Taher Ahmed, Governor Advisor of Lions District 315-B4 Bangladesh, Lion Elias Siraji, Founder of R.C. and Mirsarai Leo Club, Lion Moin Uddin Moni, and Secretary of Lions Club of Chittagong Mirsarai, Lion Jamal Uddin. Lion Elias Siraji, founder of Leo Club of Chittagong Mirsarai, said, “Leoism is one of the means of leadership development. Therefore, every year, opportunities for leadership development are provided through new committees. I hope that like every year, this year too, the new committee will work for the underprivileged people of the society.”
