Yesterday (Sunday, May 25) at 11 am, Upazila Executive Officer SM Mikhail Islam inaugurated the land fair by cutting the ribbon of the stall and blowing up balloons in front of the Assistant Commissioner (Land) Kumarkhali office.

On the second day of the fair (Monday, May 26), many people were seen applying for e-namjari. Land Khatian is being provided day by day without any delay. Mouza maps and certified copies of Khatian are available online. With all these facilities, the land fair 2025 is being held in Kumarkhali like the rest of the country in a joyful atmosphere.

Assistant Commissioner (Land) Kumarkhali, Bijoy Kumar Joarder said in this regard—“The application of digital methods is very important to bring transparency and dynamism in land management. The main goal of this fair is to increase awareness among the people about land by ensuring easy online services.”

At the fair, the general public is getting necessary information and services, including answers to various land-related questions, online mutation, and verification of ledgers, directly from officials of the concerned departments.
