BNP Rajshahi divisional co-organizing secretary AHM Obaidur Rahman Chandan says, we do not want violence and politics of revenge. We want to unite people of all views and walks of life with love, generosity and harmony in the spirit of nationalism. We also want to encourage women to get involved in business. In future, we are committed to creating a business-friendly environment.
On Thursday afternoon, Rajshahi divisional co-organizing secretary AHM Obaidur Rahman Chandan said these at a meeting with businessmen organized by BNP at local Sowpnachhaya community centre. He said, if any leader or worker of BNP or its affiliates is involved in extortion, corruption or any kind of crime by raising his fingers, we will cut off his fingers. No matter how powerful he is, no one will be spared. He said BNP works for human welfare. Therefore, businessmen, you will advise us to ensure the rule of law, democracy and voting rights, our elders, correct our mistakes if we do. We will be by your side. Later, the leaders listened to the various suggestions and problems of the businessmen and assured to solve them.
