The guests said these things during the distribution ceremony of winter clothes and blankets among the cold victims at the army zone ground premises on Sunday (February 9).Meanwhile,the leaders of Triveni Ladies Club said that the Bangladesh Army is constantly working for the welfare of the country and the people.

The Army continues to reflect its ideals through disaster response,infrastructure development,healthcare,education and standing by the poor and needy.If this small effort of ours to ease the suffering of cold people can bring a little warmth in their life, then that is the greatest achievement for us.

We will feel happiness and peace only if this humanitarian assistance of the army brings relief to their lives.The leaders assured that the Bangladesh Army has always been on the side of the people,is and will be in the future.

During the event,winter clothes and blankets were distributed among 270 poor and helpless people.Vice President of Triveni Ladies Club,senior army officers along with print and electronic media workers and helpless beneficiaries were present on the occasion.
