A case of case business has been filed against a person named Akhter Hossain of Madhukhali village of Rupganj union in Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj. It is learnt that local resident Md. Badal Mia has filed this complaint. Uncle Nephew about Akhter Hussain and Badal Mia.

On the night of October 16, Akhter Hossain called his nephew Badal Hossain to his house saying that he had some work. Then Akhter Hossain forcibly detained Badal Mia and took his signature on a blank stamp and took a picture of Badal Mia naked with Akhter Mia’s wife.

Later, when Badal Mia filed a complaint, the court asked him to file a case in the presence of DB OC Habib at the Narayanganj Police Superintendent’s office if the authenticity of the stamp made by Akhter Mia was not found. At one stage, Badal Mia filed a case in the court to recover the stamp. Later, when Akhter Hossain filed a case in the court, the court gave the investigation of the two cases to the PBI. After the investigation, the PBI found the truth of the case filed by Badal at one stage and the investigation of Akhter Hossain’s case proved the allegations to be false.
Local resident Zaman Mia said, I have been in the mosque committee for almost the last 20 years. I have never worked with the intention of harming anyone. However, I was given a case because I impartially testified the truth in Akhter Mia’s case.
Local resident Masum said, I work as a mason. Badal is my relative, but Akhter Hossain detained him and stamped him, so when I gave an impartial testimonie, Akhter filed a case in my name as well. Akhter is his uncle, but Akhter took pictures of him naked with his wife, which is very shameful.
In addition, when the local residents gave impartial testimonies, Akhter Hossain filed a harassment case again against his sister-in-law Badal Mia and the witnesses. The investigation of which is being taken over by the DB is ongoing.

Locals further said that Akhter is filing one case after another with the aim of harassing Badal. Badal is innocent.
Akhter is harassing Badal with the help of some extremist boys from the area. Besides, Akhter is doing such work with the help of some famous drug dealers from the same area.

Badal Mia said in this regard, Akhter is my uncle. He called me to his house because he has work and did such a disgusting thing. I have filed a case in court and want the case to be settled through a proper investigation.

Akhter Hossain, the owner of the case, said in this regard, I do not agree to talk to you on the phone about this. I will talk to you later.

In this regard, the investigation officer of the case, Zahurul Islam, said, I accept the investigation of a case by the court. The investigation of this case is underway. After the investigation, I will send it to the court.
