Final match and prize distribution of friendly Region Cricket Tournament-2024 held in bandarban.Officials and employees of military and civil administration participated in the tournament organized by Bandarban Army Region.The Bandarban District Police team defeated the District Primary Education team by 5 runs in the final game at Sena Zone ground on Saturday (February 24) to win the champion title.

Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing MP, President of the Standing Committee on Ministry of Hill Chittagong Affairs graced the exciting final game and distributed the prizes as the chief guest.The tournament was completed under the overall guidance and direction by the Bandarban Army Region Commander Brigadier General Golam Mahiuddin Ahmed, SGP,NDC,AFWC,PSC,PHD.

Bandarban Deputy Commissioner Shah Mojahid Uddin,Zone Commander ASM Mahmudul Hasan,PSC and other officials of various departments were present.Ali Ahsan of the district police team was adjudged the best player in the final game of the tournament organized in collaboration with Bandarban Army Zone.

Tanzil Hossain of District Primary Education Department was selected as the best player of the tournament by scoring 328 runs.12 teams participated in this tournament.The tournament was inaugurated on February 02 organized by Bandarban Army Region and under the overall supervision of Bandarban Zone.
