Moulvibazar police handed over the missing child from Osmaninagar to the family

Sadar Model Thana police returned a missing child from Osmaninagar to his family after he was found on the streets of Paschim Bazar in Moulbbiajar.

On Monday (March 3) morning, after confirming the identity, the Model police station handed over the child to his family.

According to the police station, a CNG autorickshaw driver saw a child wandering alone in Paschimbazar Butter Mor area of Moulvibazar city at 10:30 pm on Sunday and handed over the child to Moulvibazar Sadar Model Police Station. After that, SI Shiuli Rani De, the officer of Women, Children, Elderly and Handicapped Desk of Model Police Station, inquired the name and address of the child. As the child could not give his name and address correctly, SI Ratan Kumar Halder of Sadar police station posted a picture of the child from a Facebook account called ‘Beat Police’. Seeing the Facebook post, the child’s father contacted Sadar police station. The child’s father, Monir Mia, said that his child’s name is Kaushar Mia. Age 6 years. They are living in Osmaninagar area. On Sunday, her baby son Kausar got on the bus and came to Moulvibazar without telling anyone. Later they found the son after seeing the Facebook post. Later, on the instructions of the officer-in-charge, the Model Police Station handed over the child to his family after confirming the identity of the child through the Women, Children, Elderly and Disabled Help Desk. The child’s family expressed gratitude to the Model Police Station for recovering the child unharmed.
