Woman’s death while setting fire to Bahubal

In Habiganj’s Bahubal, a woman died of burns while burning straw to escape the winter. He died at Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital around 12 pm on Tuesday.
The woman was buried at the family cemetery yesterday, Wednesday (January 11) around 11 am.
It is known that on January 8, at around 9 pm, the wife of Rahim Ullah, a rickshaw driver of Lamatashi village of the upazila, Mocha: Hachena Khatun (40) started a fire in the cold current and winter, her clothes caught fire and various parts of her body were burnt. He was immediately taken to Habiganj Modern Sadar Hospital and the doctor sent him to Osmani Medical College Hospital. The woman died last Tuesday around 12 o’clock while being treated there. He was buried later this Wednesday around 11 am. Rahim Ullah has 2 sons and 1 daughter. He earns a living by driving rickshaws and lives in other people’s houses as he has no place of his own.
