Moulvibazar Model Police Station has arrested a convicted felon in arms, drug and murder cases.

On Thursday (December 29), Moulvibazar Model Police Station SI Ratan Kumar Halder, SI Kanchan Das, ASI Mabubul Alam, ASI Said Hossain, ASI Nurul conducted a special operation and arrested an accused accused of weapons, drugs and murder from Jagannathpur in the district.

The arrested person is Shahanur Rahman Shan (47). In GR 266/16 (Sadar) case, he was sentenced to 1 year rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 taka. SI of Model Police Station Ratan Kumar Halder said that there are several cases against the arrested Shan in various police stations including weapons, murder and drugs.

The arrested accused was sent to jail on Friday morning by Moulvibazar learned court.
