Lutfur Rahman (Uzzal): Victory Day Doubles Badminton Tournament-22 started organized by Bandarban LGED family.Bandarban LGED executive engineer Mohammad Ziaul Islam Majumder inaugurated the tournament on Last Monday Evening (28 November) at Bandarban LGED executive engineer office premises.Senior Assistant Engineer Mohammad Jamal Uddin along with various level officials of LGED were present At The Time.

It is known from LGED sources that,This arrangement Started with the interest and sincere efforts of Mohammad Ziaul Islam Majumder,Executive Engineer of Bandarban LGED.The LGED family organized the Double Badminton Tournament under the Overall Direction of the Executive Engineer with the aim of highlighting the glorious significance of the Great Victory Day through sports.

Officials and employees working in 7 upazila LGED of Bandarban are participating in the tournament organized under the title of LGED family.On the other hand, another double badminton tournament has been organized with the participation of officers and employees of Bandarban district-upazila level.The players participating in the tournament held at the LGED office premises every evening as per the scheduled schedule are taking to the Badminton court and presenting sports style.

Upazila Lged teams participating in the tournament organized by LGED family have been divided into two separate groups (A and B).It Will Consist Of 24 doubles matches will be held (including semi-finals,third place and finals).Another tournament organized by the Local Government Engineering Department for district And upazila level Officer and employees is divided into four separate groups (A,B,C,D) and each doubles team can play three matches.It will consist of 32 doubles matches (including quarter finals,semi finals,third place decider and finals).

Committees have been constituted for the smooth running of the tournament.Strict rules have been kept in the conduct of the match.In which ten instructions are specifically mentioned.The winners of each group stage match will get 2 points each.
