Police’s false and missing cases will not save the end: Fakhrul
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has condemned the cases of absenteeism against the leaders and activists across the country and said that no more cases will be filed after being organized. It does not save the end.
Fakhrul said, among these, the ban against RAB has come. If public ban comes this time, then the situation will be more dire. So stop absentee cases, attacks and arrests and let the people’s movement continue peacefully. Take the safe exit yourself.
Mirza Fakhrul said these things in the protest rally organized in front of the BNP central office in Nayapaltan of the capital on Wednesday afternoon. Dhaka Metropolitan South and North BNP organized this rally to protest the false and missing cases of the police, torture and arrests by the police.
In the rally, BNP General Secretary said, we are not comfortable in Suhrawardy Udyan for mass gathering. There is no access road to the place surrounded by walls. One or two people can enter through only one gate; can’t get out So change the decision of Suhrawardy Udyan. Take action by understanding the language of the people. If not, all the responsibilities of the government.
He said that the traffic jam that has been mentioned in the BNP rally is a lame argument. Saturday is a public holiday. There is no traffic jam on that day. Many rallies have been held in Nayapaltan. There was a national assembly, a grand assembly. A 20-party alliance has been held. Never had a problem.
He also said that the government does not listen; They don’t want to understand. They don’t want to understand the writing on the wall; People do not want to understand the language of eyes. That’s why they are making wrong decisions one after another.
Mirza Abbas, a member of the party’s standing committee, said that cases of disappearances have been started all over the country. Government and administration are arson, explosions. Again they are filing the case. But this time the people are angry. They are not safe now.
Adviser to BNP Chairperson and convener of Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP Abdus Salam said that the police will not be freed from the responsibility even if they commit misdeeds on the orders of the government.
BNP Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas, Advisor to Chairperson Abul Khair Bhuniya, Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Central Leader Khairul Kabir Khokon, Fazlul Haque Milan, Shahid attended the rally under the chairmanship of Metropolitan North Convener Aman Ullah Aman and moderated by Member Secretary Aminul Haque and South Rafiqul Alam Majnoor.
