Police arrested a total of 8 accused including 6 persons sentenced in various cases and 2 persons under warrant in Kamalganj of Moulvibazar.

They were arrested from different places of the upazila late on Saturday night.

Those arrested are Abul Kashem of Srinathpur area of ​​the municipal area, Rubel Mia, Jotsna Begum, Jamshed Elahi of Jalalpur area of ​​Adampur union in money and debt case. Accused Rahmat Ali, Mintu Pal, and warrant holders Kudrat Ali and Rahmat Ali received one year sentence.

According to police sources, a team of Kamalganj Thana police arrested a total of 8 accused from various unions of the upazila, including 4 accused and 2 under warrant. Some of these accused were absconding.
