Sylhet Representative: Police have filed a chargesheet in the murder case of BCL activist Abhishek De Dwip in Sylhet’s terror city Tilagarh. The chargesheet was filed in the Sylhet Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court (November 22). After a long 11-month investigation, the Shahparan (Rah.) Police submitted the chargesheet of this widely discussed case. 9 people have been accused in this.
The investigating officer of the case Shahparan Police Station SI Shyamlendu Ghosh confirmed the truth of the matter.
The accused are: Samudra Roy Saikat, son of Saltu Roy of Road No. 2, Gopaltila in Tilagarh area, Sourav Dey (21), son of Sajal of the same house at 62 / A, Pujan Dev (29), son of Ratan Deb of the same area, Sagar Dey (21), son of Shankar. Sanjay Dey (23), Jubayer Hasan Rimel (23), son of Aktaruzzaman of House No. 2, Road No.
14, Shaplabagh C Block, Adnan Ahmed (24), son of Mortuza Hossain of House No. 76, Shapalabagh C Block, Shahriar Kabir Vau, 25, son of Faizul Haque Sajib Dey, 23, son of Sajal Dey of the area.
Incidentally, this year (February 6), Abhishek De Dwip, a BCL activist, was killed over a dispute over Swaraswati Puja money and a senior-junior dispute.
Later, two days after the murder of his son, father Deepak Dey became the plaintiff (February 8) and filed a murder case with Shahparan Police Station, naming four more people as the main accused. Police arrested Beach shortly after the incident. Police then arrested Sanjay and Himel.
However, the other accused in the case are still absconding. The testimony of 25 people has been taken in this murder case. The chargesheet has been filed on the basis of information received from the accused in the inquest, autopsy and remand. In the charge sheet, 9 BCL activists including 4 named Ezhar have been accused in the case.
