Mir Jamal Habiganj: Police have recovered the body of child driver Abid Ullah Sejur (18) from a paddy field three days after he went missing.
Nabiganj police recovered the body from a paddy field in East Timirpur area of the upazila on Tuesday afternoon on the basis of mobile location.
Abid Ullah is the son of Shahid Ullah of Gojakhair village in Seju upazila.
Nabiganj police officer in charge (OC) said. Azizul Islam said Seju left home last Saturday (October 24) after lunch. But late at night he did not return. Even his mobile phone was found turned off. The next day, a general diary was kept at Nabiganj police station on behalf of Seju’s family. (Whose No. 1338).
The OC said that after finding the missing diary, the police searched for Seju in different places. His body was finally recovered from a paddy field in East Timirpur area on Tuesday afternoon based on his mobile location.
He added that the body was almost decomposed. However, it is certain that he was killed and his body was dumped in a paddy field.
